Jayne’s first yoga class was in 1970 and she fell in love with it.  She began teaching Iyengar yoga in 1990 and is certified at the Junior Intermediate III level.

Her teaching is deep and broad, precise and philosophical and addresses students’ individual needs. With her enthusiasm and sense of humor, a supportive and fun environment is created, inviting students to deepen and expand their yoga practice by exploring the mysterious gifts of body, mind and spirit.

Jayne teaches in Boulder and Denver and also teaches workshops and teacher trainings in several cities.

A former marathon runner and triathlete, Jayne holds a Master's Degree in Education . When she contracted chronic fatigue in the late 1980s, her yoga practice intensified, bringing renewed health and balance. She has made seven trips to India to study with the Iyengar family and their senior teachers.
