1. How do I get from the Puerto Vallarta Airport to Santosa?
- Guests should fly into the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. If you would like a Santosa staff member to pick you up please schedule your for arrival between 1pm and 5pm (most inbound flights). Easy directions will be provided for arrival via bus or taxi if guests arrive outside this time, or we can help schedule a service for you.
2. What should I pack?
- There is plenty of sunshine! Bring sun protection ie. sun block and hats. For meditation, yoga and pilates; wear comfortable, form fitting or not too baggy workout wear. Other items to consider packing; comfortable shoes, beach towel, alarm clock.
3. Do I need to bring a yoga mat or other props?
- No need, we supply all props.
4. What style of yoga will be offered?
- The style will focus on alignment by using the intelligence of the body and calming of the mind to let go of any harbored tension, we have various teachers with various trainings.
5. Can I reserve with my credit card?
- Upon booking, we will send you a Paypal notice which states all the information to purchase your vacation at Santosa. Major credit cards are accepted on Paypal.
6. Can we reserve without the meal plan?
- A large part of the Santosa philosophy is cleansing the body through whole, organic foods. Nonparticipation in the provided meals is not an option. However, special requests for dietary needs are always welcome, just let us know your requirements.
7. Can we take our lunch with us if we want to leave the property for the day?
- Of course! Please give us notices by the previous evening and we will prepare a pack lunch with spring water for you to pick up the morning of your adventure.

9. Is bringing Pesos necessary?
- Bringing some Pesos with you is a great idea to save time. There are so many outside activities such as golf or surfing available in the nearby town of Sayulita, or in the city of Puerto Vallarta, and all will require Pesos or U.S. dollars. ATM machines can be found in the nearby village, so you could just withdraw cash when needed. Money exchanges are also available. (note that British pounds are difficult to exchange - U.S. or Canadian currency is most welcome at the exchanges)
10. Are there vegetarian options for the meals?
- Special requests for dietary needs are always welcome. Just let us know your requirements.
11. Is there a guest safe in the bungalow?
- A guest safe for your valuables, passports, ipods, etc. is provided in each of the bungalows.
12. Do you have emergency phone numbers we can leave with our family?
- Wireless internet, and a phone are available at the villa. We will provide you with all contact information upon check-in, and you can email your family from your bungalow.
13. Do you accept children?
- Santosa has been well enjoyed by large private family groups and wedding parties, children are most welcome. (See photo gallery)
14. How far is the beach?
- The beach is at the front of the Villa property.
15. Can we schedule activities in advance?
- If you choose not to do yoga/pilates in the morning, you can schedule another activity. Check with staff to find out the many options available for adventure and fun in the area, extra charges may apply.
16. Do we schedule massages, yoga classes in advance?
- There is a daily activity schedule posted in your bungalow, and massages should be signed up for the previous day to facilitate your personal plans. Large private groups may want to design a custom schedule.
17. What if our plane is delayed/cancelled?
- Please do your best to inform us via email, we will also have your booking information so we will keep tabs on your flight arrivals. You will receive an information package upon booking which gives you our cancellation policies and contact information.
